The food was great with plenty of options. Got the same double room booked online with an excellent bathroom and great shower. the location was absolutely perfect, next to the on-site restaurant Mexico Lindo, close to the Palenque ruins, and really close to the bus station.

The location was great and awesome as for me, so close to OCC bus station, the on-site restaurant, and the ruins close-by resorts. Besides, Zamzam Well was 3 km away from the venue...

New-fashioned spotless rooms with lovely views, and a safe box, an iron, and an electronic key card. Very attentive and amicable staff during my stay. Excellent and particularly good location of the hotel with private parking.

The room is clean and free wifi available. The beds are comfy and shower/ toilet are of a high cleanliness standard.
The staff are demanding full payment the moment we step into the hotel lobby with bags still with us. We have driven for more than 6 hours to get to the hotel so will appreciate if we can get to our room first, have some rest and make the payment next day morning. When we tip the porter for helping our bags to the room, he was telling his colleague the amount of tip we gave. Though he said in Spanish, I can understand numbers in Spanish so that wasn't too professional. the address on google map was showing incorrect position and we ended up getting off the car to check with the locals. This hotel is good for overnight stop over to visit Palenque ruins.

Swimming pool was empty
The staff were not helpful and did not care that air conditioning did not work. Which made it an expensive night for a low standard room which was next to the main road and particularly noisy due to traffic.

The rooms here are spotlessly clean, come with essential amenities, and everything is just right for the price.

A place to be avoided !!!! The first room we got had an air con as noisy as a old lorry. We managed to change it with a more silence one. The window was just in front of the parking place for big truks going up and down the whole night without ever switching the engines. Nice smell ! There were tens of people complaining and asking to "change their room". At the end we could "enjoy" the restaurant.... Well, beside breakfast there was nothing you would like to try again. For the same amount we got wonderful rooms everywhere in Mexico !

The place was fantastic, conveniently close to the bus station and the city center, allowing us to quickly grab a bite at Burger King nearby.

The staff were super cool and helpful, and the swimming pool was absolutely rad! We spent so much time chilling by the pool and having a blast. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel had a games room too, which was a total blast. We played pool and had epic ping pong tournaments. it was an epic vacation with my friends!
If I could change one thing, it would be to have a better nightlife scene nearby. We wanted to party and have a wild time, but there weren't many options in the area.

I really liked this brand-new place with delicious food and super friendly staff, everything was spot on, just a couple of employees were a bit rude; by the way, the airport was only half a kilometer from here.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tulija in Palenque for a relaxing break from sightseeing. The pool area was very nice and perfect for unwinding. The hotel was clean and the restaurant had a good selection of meals. Sylvia at the reception was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing information about collectivos. The room was bright and clean with a great shower and spacious bathroom. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the bus station and not too far from the town center.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience at this hotel! the location was really convenient, being right next to a Chedraui. It was so nice to be able to walk over and shop for some Mexican products in the evening. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the view of the pool from our room and the relaxing atmosphere.
That in the middle of the night, the A/C unit in our room started vibrating and squealing, which was quite bothersome. We had to turn it off to get some sleep.
